Several dead outside Gothenburg

Die in at Saab, outside Gothenburg, Sweden

Swedish peace action group Ofog today performed a "die in" outside the office and test center of Saab Microwave Systems, manufacturer of military radar equipment.

Between 10 and 15 activists showed up to show their opposition to Saab and it's weapons export to the whole world. The activists made a die in, but they also played music, talked to the employees and offered free and homebaked swedish "bullar".

Saab is exporting the radar systems Erieye and Arthur to several countries, and they have been used in Pakistan and Iraq among many other. Recently, Saudi Arabia has shown interest in the Erieye system.
